2010: CREPI employment odyssey
The CREPI (Clubs régionaux d’entreprises pour l’insertion) regional “companies for integration” movement is a network of non-profit clubs set up at the initiative of Eiffage in 1993. Membership runs to more than 600 companies, of all sizes and from all sectors of activity, in 15 French regions. The clubs act as gateways to employment, providing assistance to more than 2,000 jobseekers annually, almost 1,000 of whom find jobs.
The CREPI employment odyssey event scheduled for 6 May is designed to put employers in contact with jobseekers through a range of concrete initiatives (sponsorship, job presentations, company visits, training grants, round table discussions, etc.) targeting a variety of groups (young people, disabled workers, older workers, etc.). The event is being held under the patronage of Junior Minister for Urban Affairs, Fadela Amara.
