Eiffage’s governance structure is based on a dual authority: a Board of Directors that sets the company’s strategic guidelines, and an executive committee that implements them.

Born in 1966, Benoît de Ruffray is an alumni of the French engineering schools Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and holds a master's degree from Imperial College London. He began his career in 1990 in the Bouygues group, where he was Chief Executive Officer of Dragages Hong Kong from 2003 to 2007 before being appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Bouygues Bâtiment International in 2008. He moved to Soletanche Freyssinet (Vinci Group) in 2015 as Chief Executive Officer. Benoît de Ruffray was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eiffage on 18 January 2016.

    Born in 1965, a graduate of Toulouse Business School (formerly ESC Toulouse), Christian Cassayre was named Administrative Manager at Campenon Bernard in 1990, then Administrative and Financial Director, Europe, in 1998. In 2001, he joined Vinci Construction Grands Projets before being appointed Chief Financial Officer and member of the management committee in 2006, then head of financial coordination of the Grands Projets division in 2010. Christian Cassayre has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Eiffage group since July 2011.

    Born in 1961, Olivier Genis joined the Eiffage group right after graduating from the French engineering school ESTP in 1983. He began his career in the United States as a design engineer. Back in France in 1987, he became successively agency manager, deputy regional manager of Eiffage Construction Centre Est, then, in 2009, regional manager of the Grand Est sector. In early 2012, he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Eiffage Construction and Chairman and Deputy Director of Eiffage Benelux. Appointed Chief Executive Officer of Eiffage Construction in October 2016, he then became, in March 2017, Chairman of the Construction division.

    Born in 1955, an alumni of Ecole Polytechnique and a Ponts et Chaussées civil engineer, Marc Legrand carried out a number of missions in the civil service before taking over as the head of the Public Works department of Quillery in 1989. In 2001, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Compagnie Eiffage du Viaduc de Millau, then, in 2005, Chairman of TP Ferro. In 2011, he was named Chairman of Eiffage Rail Express (Bretagne-Pays de la Loire high-speed rail project), then, in September 2017, Chairman of Eiffage Concessions.

    President of French motorway concessions

    Born in 1958, a graduate of Ecole des Mines de Paris with a degree in civil engineering and a graduate of IFG, Philippe Nourry started his career in 1982 at Gerland Routes, which joined the Eiffage group in 1993. He held various operational functions within Eiffage’s Roads division, notably regional director for the Grand Sud-Est. In 2006, he took over the operational management of APRR and AREA and was named Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2008. He was also appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Compagnie Eiffage du Viaduc de Millau and Chairman of Adelac (A41 Nord motorway). In 2011, he became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of APRR and AREA. He is also Vice-Chairman of ASFA (the association of French motorway companies). Philippe Nourry took over as head of Eiffage’s motorway concessions in operation in France in September 2017.

    Born in 1953, an alumni of Ecole Polytechnique and a Ponts et Chaussées civil engineer, Max Roche started his career in the Ministry of Equipment as head of university buildings in the Ile-de-France region. In 1986, he became head of development at SAE, then Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of finance. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Eiffage in 2003, then, in 2011, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Eiffage. In parallel, from 2011 to September 2017, he was head of concessions.
