Professional and geographical mobility are part of day-to-day life in the construction and public-works sector. To ensure optimal management of this mobility, Eiffage uses a special tool – the Jobs Exchange – which gives all Group employees access to the full set of mobility opportunities on offer. The Jobs Exchange allows a pool of applicants to be managed at Group level, thereby making for shorter processing times and enabling a better response to employees’ needs.

Each Eiffage division has drawn up its own mobility charter, setting out the conditions for facilitating geographical mobility. Use is made, notably, of the Pass Mobilité (mobility pass) scheme under the “1% Logement” housing-subsidy programme.
