2004 | EIFFAGE CONNECTIC 78 is awarded the contract for the Yvelines Département's broadband transmission network. The Millau viaduct is inaugurated on December 14th. | |
2005 | On December 14th, the French government selects Eiffage / Macquarie to take over its holdings in APRR (Autoroutes Paris-Rhin-Rhône), the second-largest motorway operator in France. |  |
| 2006 | Eiffage wins the PPP (Public-Private Partnership) contract for four prisons, in Roanne, Nancy, Lyon-Corbas and Béziers. Eiffage signs a 30-year PPP contract to design, finance, build, operate and maintain the Centre Hospitalier Sud Francilien (Southern Paris Region Hospital Centre). The A'liénor consortium, held by Eiffage (65%) and Sanef (35%), is selected to finalise negotiations on the concession contract for the A65 motorway between Langon and Pau. |  |
2007 | The foundation stone of the Southern Paris Region hospital centre (CHSF) is laid. Under the terms of a PPP agreement, Eiffage is responsible for financing, designing, building and maintaining this flagship facility serving a population of 600,000. |  |
2008 | PPP agreement entered into for the design, finance, construction, upkeep and maintenance of the Grand Stade Lille Métropole stadium for a period of 31 years. |  |
2009 | Perpignan-Figueras high-speed rail link handed over on time to concession-holder TP Ferro. Tamarins road on Reunion Island opened to traffic. Work commences on new national Gendarmerie headquarters (Direction Générale de la Gendarmerie Nationale - DGGN) in Issy-les-Moulineaux, near Paris. |  |
2010 | Launch of the Dakar-Diamniadio motorway in Senegal, which is being built by Eiffage under the terms of a 30-year concession agreement. Eiffage celebrates 20 years of employee share ownership, a unique experience amongst French bigger companies and flawless success. The A65 Pau-Langon motorway, model of a new generation of motorway infrastructure, is put into service. |  |
